The history of this course is breath-taking.
The Golf - I have played many courses that I much prefer. The layout is back and forth (we were nearly hit three times by errant balls from other groups). This course is played by walking with a hoofer carrying two bags. I say hoofer because these are strong kids rather then caddies.
The greens are the firmest greens that I have ever encountered. They are very fast and very true.
It is a course that every avid golfer should attempt to play. I have played it twice and probably will not return for a third.
