- Time and new ownership has turned Southbridge around. Best layout in Savannah. Owned and operated by local folks determined to reclaim the pride of ownership and it really shows. Rees Jones design that will challenge all skill levels. Pick your tees wisely. PeacePlayed Southbridge yesterday. The greens rolled great and for the cold conditions that we have had in the south this winter the fairways and tee boxes were in good condition. Great ValueSince the new cash hungry folks that now run this course arrived at the beginning of this year this once well kept facility has made a quick decline. Goat track status as far as I'm concerned. Pity. Good track and a great group of local folks that support it. Don't play here unless you're willing to spend your $$ to fill the pockets of the cash sucking idiots that run it. Try Crosswinds or Henderson instead.
