God sent us the rain and sunshine just in time to turn this golf course into playable. I will give credit to hard work finally showing up on fairways and greens just hope it continues

Pitiful -----this is not a golf course----this is a disgrace to this community-----greens are half fungus the other half is nearly dirt. Fairways are dirt/weed little grass.

I've never played on a golf course that has pine tree seedlings in its bunkers until DCGC. We were told that we would have grass to play on by the summer. I don't see it happening, dirt/weeds/sandspurs is all that is growing on the fairways. Greens are infested with silver dollar sized fungus along with numerous barespots. Putting is bouncing ball to hole and hope it falls in. You can go to any farm in the area and play on better grass than what's growing on golf course fairways. I rate this golf course @ 1 1/2 .

Golf course is not much better now than back in December 2017. We support this golf course and am hoping that proper care will one day be provided.

Played 11/12/2017 on mohair greens, several members are taking their membership elsewhere, can't say I blame them. Golf course is in sad shape, try putting your focus on the course instead of the clubhouse. I'm moving my membership, good luck DCGC.

Golf course in in need of water. It is getting back to where it is not grass but weeds. Greens are not getting cut , fairways are suffering. I don't want to sound like I'm the only critic at this golf course but my deceased father in law who helped build this course would scream and shout if he were to see the shape it is in, so where do we go from here. I'm back to 2 1/2.

I was asked to update my opinion.
    1.Greens are doing better.
2.Fairways are mostly weeds that are now being fertilized, small amounts of grass. Weed killer should be applied before fertilizer.
    3.Finally watering greens and fairways.
    4.Overall condition I would rate as a 2 1/2.

As a member I rate this course as 1 1/2 why, fairways are sand/dirt with no grass no air ration no fertilizer no weed control no water except mother nature, hard to get ball in the air, greens keeper uses 10/10/10/granules instead of liquid fertilizer making putting surface rough and impossible to make a good putt. Members are asked to stay to the side of each fairway so grass can grow in the middle of fairway, come on lets get real about condition of this course. It is not one that I will continue to play until it is run by someone who knows about maintaining a golf course.
