I was at the cloister for my folks 50th and it was first rate as well.
Back to the course it one of my favorites I have played especially for east coast views and the course itself is great! Great caddy as well!
I've played pebble and half moon on the pacific as well as kaui lagoons in hawaii and this course is just as good and better than 2 of the other 3 I have played technically.
Its greens are crowned simliar to pinehurst and the course routing is very good to take advantage of the ocean and marsh scenery.
Just great overall experience and if you are fortunate enought ot go there and a golfer this is the one to play.
