- Course layout is excellent as long as you're aware very nice houses are nearby, but so is lots of great views of marsh & river. Its two weeks "post aeration", but coming along nicely. If its been a while since you've played, the renovations over the last year are very easy to spot. Take advantage of their many specials. Heritage Oaks is one of the most active course in sponsoring benefit events.
